Christopher brings a unique blend of clinical precision, healthcare experience, and operational expertise to his role as Director of StranDr.

His foundation in healthcare began at the University of Sydney, where he completed his degree in Medical Radiation. He worked in various hospital settings including Royal Hobart Hospital, Flinders Private Hospital and the Royal Adelaide Hospital. This rigorous clinical training instilled in him a deep understanding of patient care standards, technical medical environments, and the absolute necessity for precision, traits that now define the service at StranDr.

Driven by a passion for cutting edge medical aesthetics and patient outcomes, Christopher expanded his focus into clinical management and advanced hair restoration. Six years ago, he undertook comprehensive, specialised training in hair transplantation protocols. Since then, he has dedicated himself to keeping pace with the industry’s latest innovations and supporting the clinic’s focus on natural looking results.

As the Co-Director of both Advanced Cosmetic Medicine (ACM) and StranDr, Christopher oversees the strategic and operational vision of the clinics. He works hand-in-hand with the clinical lead to ensure that every patient benefits from a seamless, state-of-the-art journey combining high medical standards with a warm, personalised approach.

With over 20 years of clinical experience, Jemma Molton is among Australia’s most experienced hair transplant technicians. Her expertise spans the evolution of hair restoration, from the technical mastery of microscopic FUT (strip) graft dissection to refined, modern FUE micro grafting techniques.

A defining chapter of Jemma’s career includes years of close collaboration with industry pioneer Dr Russell Knudsen (former ISHRS President) at The Knudsen Clinic in Sydney, where she refined the meticulous graft handling, hydration protocols and precise placement strategies that support follicle survival and natural looking results.

For the past 18 months, Jemma has brought this experience to StranDr Hair Restoration in Adelaide. Her work focuses on Follicular Unit Extraction procedures using advanced manual and motorised punch harvesting instruments, scalp preparation and transit protocols that minimise follicle time outside the body, and natural placement strategies tailored to complex alopecia cases and corrective procedures.

At StranDr, Jemma bridges decades of industry mentorship with modern clinical technique, giving patients access to premium hair restoration in Adelaide.

Wella Fuego Badilles is a highly experienced and versatile clinical nurse with an extensive background in intensive care, paediatric complex transition, and specialised oncology. Since 2023, she has served as a pivotal Surgical Assistant at StranDr Hair Restoration Clinic, where she has contributed greatly to the clinic’s growth in the Adelaide market. Her professional journey, which began in 2006, includes significant leadership experience as a Nurse Unit Manager and years of clinical work across major hospital systems in South Australia, New South Wales, and internationally.

Complementing her clinical practice, Wella holds a Post Graduate Certificate in High Acuity and Intensive Care Nursing from the University of South Australia and is a certified surgical assistant through the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS), having completed training programs in both Berlin and Denver. She maintains active affiliations with the Australian College of Critical Care Nurses and the ANMF, blending her deep clinical foundation with a specialist approach to hair restoration at StranDr.

Ella is a Social Media and Marketing Manager passionate about creating meaningful brand experiences through strategy, storytelling, and digital content.

Holding a Bachelor of Marketing and Media from the University of Adelaide, Ella combines her academic foundation with creativity and data-driven insights to develop engaging campaigns that connect audiences with trusted healthcare brands. She is passionate about creating educational content, building authentic digital communities, and sharing the stories behind cosmetic medicine and hair restoration services.

At ACM and StranDr, Ella focuses on elevating brand presence through thoughtful strategy and creative execution, helping communicate evidence-based care, patient-focused experiences, and the expertise behind each brand.

Siana Plane is a Registered Nurse, holding a Bachelor of Nursing and current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA). Since beginning her career in hair restoration in 2023, Siana has developed a strong passion for helping patients restore not only their hair but also their confidence through advanced hair transplant procedures.

Siana has experience assisting with Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) hair transplant procedures, working with advanced manual and motorised punch harvesting techniques, meticulous graft handling and preparation, and evidence-based protocols designed to optimise graft viability throughout the transplantation process.

In addition to her work in hair restoration, Siana provides non-surgical cosmetic treatments under the necessary clinical supervision of a Medical Practitioner at Advanced Cosmetic Medicine, delivering care strictly within her regulated scope of practice. She is committed to safe, evidence-based care and achieving natural, balanced results tailored to each patient’s individual goals.
